Do you have an extremely important moderated test, e.g. with many spectators, and can't under any circumstances risk the test person being late or not showing up at all?
Our no-show rate is currently only 3% and we are constantly working to reduce it further. Nevertheless, it can be useful to book a backup tester for important appointments, so that the test can be guaranteed to take place.
You can book Backup Testers via your dashboard, where you also select the test dates:
Backup testers cost slightly less than regular testers:
15-minute session: 19€ / 0.5 credits
30-minute session: 29€ / 0.5 credits
45-minute session: 39€ / 1 credit
60-minute session: 49€ / 1 credit
You can book a backup tester for a maximum of two sessions. Simply enter the dates in the free field. We will then invite the testers to the corresponding dates.
Should the case arise that you actually need the backup tester, you simply switch to the "Backup tester" test, which you will find in the list of your booked tests:
