      RapidUsertests Organizations: How to use RapidUsertests as a company

      Maintain an overview of all your company's tests, manage your team members and their roles

      RapidUsertests Organizations gives you an overview of all projects and team members in your company.

      That means:

      • All accounts of your company, which use RapidUsertests separately so far, are merged into one company account.
      • You have access to all projects and findings of your company.
      • You have a complete overview of all team members and their access rights.
      • You can invite new people to your RapidUsertests organization with just one click.

      How to set up RapidUsertests Organizations

      1. Request the free upgrade to RapidUsertests Organization from your dashboard.
      2. We will notify you and your team members by email when the upgrade is ready for you.
      3. A list of all future members of your team will appear in your account, and you can make changes.
      4. We'll schedule a time for the changes to take effect and for the upgrade to take place.

      Here's what you need to keep in mind when setting up RapidUsertests Organizations

      • You need to manually share old tests with your team members to avoid "wrong" eyes accidentally seeing your tests.
      • All new tests you book from the time of the upgrade will automatically be available to the whole organization.
      • If you don't have RapidUsertests Premium, all your team members will be admins (see the next section for more on the different roles).
      • You have used the guest account feature before? Then you have to decide, whether your guest is
        • actually an employee? → Turn them into an Admin or Researcher (premium only).
        • just here to take a look? → Turn them into a Viewer
        • not part of your organization at all? → Kick them out

      You can choose between these roles for your team members


      Admin

      • Manage team members, i.e. add and remove team members
      • Manage company credits
      • Reading and writing access in all tests
      • Books new tests 

      Researcher

      • Only included in Premium package
      • Reading and writing access in all tests
      • Book tests

      Viewer

      • Reading access in tests
      • Cannot create, edit or comment on tests 

      You can share video clips and highlight videos with anyone, not matter if they have a RapidUsertests account or not. You can also invite anyone to watch your moderated tests.
