Continuous and cheaper testing with our "Tester Credits"
Continuous usability testing ensures both your competitiveness and the satisfaction of existing customers. Organizationally, however, the challenge is often to integrate corresponding measures into existing business processes.
By providing quotas for usability tests, we help you minimize any hurdles such as internal approvals, invoicing, and processing. But that's not all: By booking such tester credits, your test costs are reduced by up to 50% during the term of the selected package.
How the Testing Credits are composed
In general, we offer this "Testing Credit" in the form of packages - the price per credit decreases the larger the booked quota becomes.
If you want to do mobile testing, 1.5 credits per tester will be "deducted" from your credit when you book later. Desktop tests are charged with one credit per tester.
Of course, you can also use the credits combined for desktop and mobile testers in your next UX test.
If you need more testers, additional testers can be added to your package at any time.
How to book your Test Credits Package
As an existing customer:
- In your dashboard, click on "Credit Packages" in the top left navigation.
- Then select the suitable package for you.
- All booked credits will be added to your account immediately.
- Redeem the Tester Credits in your next RapidUsertest booking:
As a new customer:
If you have not tested with RapidUsertests yet, you can easily book your Tester Credits via our website:
- Click on "Prices" and select "Tester Credits".
- Then select the testing package you want (see screenshot above: "Choose")
- Fill out our form for new customers.
- The first 15 credits will be credited to your account immediately.
- As soon as the invoice amount is transferred, the rest of the booked credits will be credited.
- Simply redeem the test person credits when booking your RapidUsertest.
What are the advantages of the Tester Credits?

Automatic Credits Recharge
To avoid being without credits all of a sudden, you can activate the automatic recharging of credits as soon as the credit balance drops below 5. Another advantage: You get a discount on the already reduced credit prices.
The amount of the recharge is adjustable, there are our standard packages to choose from (25, 50, 100, etc.).
